Tony Babcock is the Regional Director for HR Green’s Iowa Construction Group.
Tony brings over 20 years of experience in construction management, including overseeing training, staffing, and quality control for construction inspection projects, and management for key construction observation and design projects. Having spent 10 years with the Iowa Department of Transportation, Tony has in-depth experience and knowledge in research, design, and working with contractors, giving him a unique understanding of all parties involved in the construction process. Tony leads the construction inspection teams in Iowa and is responsible for construction administration.
