Scott Wilson
Chief Operating Officer
Scott Wilson is HR Green’s Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for establishing, implementing, and influencing operational efficiencies across the company, and bringing greater value to HR Green’s clients.
Scott has diverse experience in the global engineering and construction industry working with a diversity of clients from public agencies (Federal, State, and Local), many Fortune 500 companies, and private developers.
He’s collaborated with clients and built teams to successfully deliver fit-for-purpose solutions for all project phases including design, construction, start-up, and long-term operations. His focus is delivering on our commitment of operational excellence through inspiring our employees to exceed our clients’ expectations when developing and delivering HR Green’s solutions.
Scott has a strong financial background with both general operations management and business development experience. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University and a BBA in Accounting from Idaho State University.
