Scott Creech, PE is an Engineering Group Leader for HR Green’s Governmental Services business line.
Scott’s experience includes transportation and traffic engineering, hydrology, hydraulics and drainage; site development; parks and recreation, plan review; and resident construction engineering. Scott has provided engineering and project management services for a variety of governmental agencies, as well as, commercial, recreational, industrial/residential developments, and corrections facilities.
