IT Director
Karl Johnson, MBA, is HR Green’s Director of Information Technology, leading architecture, engineering, and operations for IT.
Since joining HR Green in 2012, Karl has provided solid leadership in IT and business operations, developing and implementing formal policies, and partnering with business lines to achieve process improvements and streamline services.
Karl earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from St Cloud State University and a Master of Business Administration from Augsburg College. He is a member of ISACA.
