John Mudd is a Regional Director for HR Green’s Water and Wastewater practice.
He has diversified experience in planning, design, program management, and construction management for public and private clients to support utility infrastructure improvements. In these markets, his water and wastewater experience includes planning and designing distribution, transmission, and conveyance projects, as well as pump stations and storage facilities. He provides clear, consistent designs that are constructible, cost-effective, and safe.
John Mudd earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston. He is a member of ASCE, APWA, CMAA and WEAT.
