With over three decades of experience and knowledge in providing municipal engineering services, Fiona serves clients in multiple markets, including Broadband, Construction Management, Land Development, Environmental, Governmental Services, Transportation, Planning, Water, Wastewater, and Water Resources. She specialized in providing planning, design, construction, and financial planning for regional wholesale water and wastewater treatment services for 34 municipalities, two municipal utility districts, and the DFW International Airport, with a total population of 1.4 million people.
HR Green’s South Central Region includes the states of Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.
