Eric Hall, PE, is the Regional Director for the Water Business Line in the Houston, Texas office.
Eric’s experience includes engineering planning, design, and construction management services for water and wastewater infrastructure improvements within the Gulf Coast Region of Texas. As a former employee of the Texas Water Development Board, Eric has administered and managed Federal funds for capital improvements and as a consultant has advised clients through complex documentation requirements, Federal interagency approvals, and environmental compliance.
