Dave BroviakPE

Dave Broviak is a Senior Project Manager for HR Green’s Transportation business line.

He has experience at IDOT, delivering annual and multi-year programs for District 3. His background includes serving in key roles in programming, Phase l and ll engineering, project support, construction, and maintenance operations. He also managed oversight of the District’s access and utility permit process, highway safety improvement program, and public outreach meetings.

Dave earned his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Champaign – Urbana. He established and served as chairman of the IDOT statewide GIS User Group, was a member of the IDOT statewide Stormwater Committee, served as District 3 IT committee chairman, and the District 3 Health & Safety Committee Chairman.
