Colleen Monahan is a Group Leader for HR Green’s Land Development business line.
She has experience in project management and oversight on numerous complex site/civil projects. She is proficient in site planning, grading and drainage, utility design and permitting, and complex development and construction projects.
Colleen Monahan earned her ME in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan College and MS in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University. She is a member of WTS Women in Transportation, Pikes Peak Women, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
