Project Manager | Water Resources
Bridget Osborn, PE, CFM, is a Project Manager for HR Green’s Water Business Line.
She is experienced in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, storm sewer system analysis and best management practice (BMP) design, stormwater reuse, and flooding mitigation. Since joining HR Green in 2010, Bridget has coordinated and completed permits and reviews with multiple agencies, including watershed districts, NPDES, FEMA, DNR, and USACE.
Bridget earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Geological Engineering from the University of Minnesota and Geology from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. Bridget is involved in multiple professional organizations and serves as the chair of the CSWEA Minnesota Chapter Stormwater Committee and as a board member of the Minnesota Research Council Board. She has earned numerous awards for her project leadership and technical expertise, such as the ACEC Young Professional of the Year Award and ACEC Emerging Leader Award.
