Bill McDonald is a Business Development Manager at HR Green. He leads growth and expansion throughout the South Central U.S. with offices in Texas.

Bill began his career in telecommunications after active duty with the US Army. With nearly three decades of public and private telecommunications experience, Bill serves clients in multiple markets, including Broadband, Construction Management, Land Development, Environmental, Governmental Services, Transportation, Planning, Water, Wastewater, and Water Resources.

HR Green’s South Central Region includes the states of Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.
