Tim Korby Joins HR Green as Regional Director for Water Business Line in St. Paul

HR Green is pleased to announce that Tim Korby has joined the firm’s St. Paul, Minnesota office as Regional Director for the Water business line.

Tim brings over 33 years of experience in the design and implementation of urban and rural infrastructure projects. His work focuses on meeting the needs of municipal clients through the planning and development of projects for wastewater, potable water, storm water, treatment plants, and wellhead and groundwater protection. He also has experience in traffic and transportation projects such as pavement studies, local roadway design, environmental, drainage, trails, and wetland preservation.

His responsibilities with HR Green include supporting existing and new public clients with their planning, design, funding, and construction needs. Tim has been instrumental in acquiring grants to fund many public improvement projects including roadway, sewer, water, treatment plants, trails, city halls, and others, allowing clients to lower their overall project cost, and ultimately reduce or eliminate the cost to their constituents.

Tim earned his bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota. He is past President of ACEC Minnesota, is currently on the Board of Directors and past President for the Economic Development Association for Minnesota, on the Board of Directors and current Vice Chair for the Minnesota Economic Development Foundation, and past Chair of Central States Innovative Committee. He is also currently a member of the Minnesota Public Works Association and the City Engineers Association of Minnesota.
