Tim Hartnett named HR Green’s Governmental Services Business Line President

HR Green is pleased to announce that Tim Hartnett has been named President of its Governmental Services Business Line. The Governmental Services Business Line provides staff augmentation and multi-faceted consulting services to local governments’ engineering, public works, planning, and building departments.

Tim is a Principal and has been with the firm for over 34 years, most recently serving as Practice Leader. Throughout his career, he has provided ongoing municipal engineering and planning services to key municipalities, guiding them through periods of extreme growth. Tim has considerable experience with grants and funding procurement for roadway, water and sewer infrastructure, parks and facility improvements, construction observation, general engineering advisory services, water and wastewater master planning, capital improvement planning and implementation, road programs, staff augmentation, and support.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Design from Northern Illinois University.  He is active in the ICMA, ILCMA, Illinois Municipal League, American Council of Engineering Companies, the American Public Works Association, and various Councils of Governments.
