HR Green Welcomes JR Cao as Broadband Services Advisor for Fiber and Broadband

HR Green is pleased to announce that JR Cao has joined the firm as Broadband Services Advisor for Fiber and Broadband in the Austin, Texas office.

JR brings over 14 years of experience in asset management, including analysis, mapping, application configuration and deployment, and geodatabase development, bridging the gap between network design engineering and GIS planning, development, and utilization.

In this role, JR will be involved with all stages of the project life-cycle, partnering with Project Managers, OSP Specialists, OSP Designers, and Geospatial to create tools and efficiencies in design processes. He will provide support to technical staff to help planning, study, and design projects meet quality standards.

JR earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas.
