HR Green Welcomes Joey Valencia as a Lead Structural Engineer for Transportation
HR Green is pleased to announce Joey Valencia, PE, has joined the firm as a Lead Structural Engineer for Transportation and is based in the Houston office.
Joey has over 12 years of experience in transportation structures engineering and construction support services management for projects consisting of timber, steel, concrete formwork/falsework, load rating of existing structures, demolition sequences, girder erections, and excavation support.
In this role, Joey will be active in pursuits for transportation projects in Texas and will help HR Green support current clients with structure assessments, design and construction observation for bridges, and other transportation-related structures. Joey will also provide a local presence in El Paso, Texas, and work with Regional Directors and Group Leaders to expand HR Green’s transportation services to the El Paso region.

Joey earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso.
