HR Green announces Phil Stuepfert as Group Leader of Planning & Landscape Architecture

It is with great pleasure that we are announcing the promotion of Phil Stuepfert to Group Leader of the Planning & Landscape Architecture group.

Phil has been with HR Green for 16 years. He has more than 25 years of national experience with community planning and landscape architecture. Phil has designed and been involved in projects located throughout twenty-five states, including Puerto Rico, and internationally in the Philippines. Specific expertise includes landscape architecture, master planning, site planning for residential, commercial, office, industrial, and mixed-use developments. He is recognized in the design industry for innovative approaches that are environmentally sensitive and cost-conscious.

Phil earned his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois with an emphasis on independent studies in Urban and Community Planning. He is an active member of the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and has participated in Land Planning Workshops and Land Development Committees.  Phil was elected to serve on the NAHB Design Committee and Land Development Committee, setting future goals and direction for the homebuilding industry.

In his new role, Phil will provide leadership to HR Green’s Land Development business line to chart the team’s vision and execute projects for clients throughout HR Green’s geographical footprint.
