HR Green Appoints Four Shareholders to Rank of Associate
Cedar Rapids, Iowa – September 16, 2021
HR Green is pleased to announce the appointment of four new Associates. HR Green is a privately held, employee-owned organization. The rank of Associate is achieved by being recognized by the company’s Principals and Board of Directors through a rigorous process.
“Exhibiting the company’s values and embodying its mission are the most important attributes of Associates. I am excited to welcome Erin, Keval, Sean, and Tim to their roles and look forward to their continued contributions to the company and in their respective geographies,” said Jason Poppen, CEO.
All employees, working 26 hours or more, are eligible for the company’s ownership program. Over 40% of HR Green’s staff participate at some level of ownership.
Brief summaries of each Associate are included below.
Erin Winner, Esq. – Corporate Counsel in Chicago, IL
Erin joined HR Green in 2013. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and admitted to practice as Registered In-House Counsel in Iowa. Erin brings unique perspective to her role as Corporate Counsel because of her early career in Construction Documentation and project administration. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, ACEC-IL, and ACEC (National) Legal Forum.
Keval Satra, PE – Project Engineer in Houston, TX | Water Business Line
Keval joined HR Green in 2016. He holds a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute. He has recently been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Water Environment Association of Texas, Southeast Chapter. He has also been an active leader with professional organizations including WEF, SJWP, YMI, and ASCE.
Sean LaDieu, PE – Senior Project Manager in Aurora, IL | Transportation Business Line
Sean joined HR Green in 2011. Sean is known throughout Illinois as a leading traffic noise specialist in the industry. He drafted the revised Traffic Noise Policy for the Illinois Department of Transportation and delivered guidance documents and training on how to implement the policy throughout the state. Sean is a member of ACEC-IL and serves on the Engineering Excellence Awards Committee.
Tim Korby, PE – Regional Director in St. Paul, MN | Water Business Line
Tim joined HR Green in 2019. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Tim has served on the Board of Directors for ACEC-MN and the Economic Development Association of Minnesota (EDAM) and is active in the Minnesota Environmental Science and Economic Review Board (MESERB) and Central States in Minnesota.
