HR Green Announces Robert Luciano Construction Management Lead

HR Green is excited to announce that Robert Luciano has joined our construction management service team in our HR Green, Corona, California Office. Robert is assisting in the expansion of our Construction Management services throughout the Southern California region.

Robert brings over 35-years of experience in construction contracts, Public Works inspection, and Private Development services. He has efficiently supervised and coordinated the full spectrum of construction activities and operations, from large-scale infrastructure projects to utility relocations, and street paving and sidewalk projects. With a “can do” approach, Robert is successful in partnering with stakeholders on projects from concept to completion.

His responsibilities with HR Green will be project-specific leadership in construction field engineering and inspection tasks and provide continuity between the various project disciplines and Agency departments through design to operations.

“In joining HR Green’s Construction Engineering Services Business Line, I look forward to sharing my knowledge obtained throughout my years in Public Works, working for a local governmental agency and my experiences in engineering construction. My end goal is to partner and broaden a talented team in supporting the community projects of the clients we serve.”

Robert earned his Associates in Public Works Inspection from Santa Ana College and his Bachelor of Science Study in Civil Engineering from Cal. Poly Pomona. He is a licensed Civil Engineer and QSD, in the State of California and has held memberships and been active with ASCE, APWA, CMA, ACIA.
