HR Green Announces Colleen Monahan as a Senior Project Manager for Land Development

HR Green is pleased to announce that Colleen Monahan, PE, LEED AP has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager for the Land Development business line in the Colorado Springs office.

Colleen has over 20 years of experience in project management and oversight on numerous complex site/civil projects. She is proficient in site planning, grading and drainage, utility design and permitting, and complex development and construction projects.

In this role, Colleen will manage and direct residential, commercial, and industrial projects for both public and private developers. Her diverse engineering knowledge, permitting relationships, and ability to adhere to tight deadlines will add to the overall success of client projects.

Colleen Monahan earned her ME in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan College and MS in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University. She is a member of WTS Women in Transportation, Pikes Peak Women, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
