HR Green Announces Bill Lewis as a Construction Manager
HR Green is pleased to announce that Bill Lewis has joined the firm as a Construction Manager for the Transportation business line in Illinois.
Bill brings over 30 years of experience managing a municipal Engineering Division, overseeing permitting and facilities, and the development and implementation of a Capital Improvement Program. He has also supervised the construction and inspection of multiple highway and bridge reconstruction projects.
In his role with HR Green, Bill will lead the geographical expansion into the Central Illinois region. Bill’s past work experience at both IDOT District 4 and the City of Peoria gives him a clear understanding of our client’s goals and expectations and the foundation to build solid relationships with many municipal, county, and state officials. He looks forward to providing full support to these agencies and in assisting in the successful delivery of their transportation and infrastructure projects.
I’m excited to join the HR Green team and begin expanding our footprint in the Central Illinois region. Working on the public side of this industry throughout my career, I understand the impact we can have on our clients and their communities. HR Green’s mission and core values align closely with my personal beliefs, and I’m eager to get started.
Bill earned his B.S. in Construction Technology from Western Illinois University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bradley University. He is a member of the American Public Works Association.
