HR Green Announces Becca Springfield as Director of Human Resources
It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Becca Springfield to Director of Human Resources.
Becca joined HR Green in 2019 and since her hiring has held positions of increased responsibility, most recently managing the firm’s overall recruiting strategies and process and procedures improvements in her role as Human Resources Manager. Her steady guidance and leadership in every aspect of Human Resources, her ability to focus on what is best for the company and its people, and her agility in the roles she undertakes are widely recognized by HR Green.
