Sandy PumphreyPE, CFM

Sandy Pumphrey is a Project Manager for HR Green’s Water Resources Practice. He has engineering and management experience across private, public, and non-profit sectors and managed a variety of projects and ad-hoc initiatives including stormwater and sanitary sewer CIP projects and utility ordinance amendments.

Sandy has taken a keen interest in leveraging creative ways to reduce flood risk to reduce loss of life and property damage, along with improving water quality in both rural and urban environments. This is also evidenced by Sandy’s long-term involvement in the Iowa Floodplain and Stormwater Management Association (IFSMA) as an active board member.
