Phil Blonn is a Senior Project Manager for HR Green’s Water Business Line.
He has managed and led a variety of projects involving hydraulics, hydrology, watershed planning, flood control, and storm water management. This work has included both site development and infrastructure design and planning-level studies.
Phil’s experience includes US Army Corps 404 permit applications, NPDES permit applications, SWPPPs, design of erosion and sediment control BMPs, construction inspection, floodplain permit development and development of supporting analysis including hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and other technical calculations.
