HR Green Welcomes Rich Raley as a Senior Project Manager for Fiber and Broadband

HR Green welcomes Rich Raley as a Senior Project Manager for Fiber and Broadband based in the South Austin office.

Rich has over 25 years of experience in fiber-based development, design, implementation, operations, and program management. He has developed and led cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives across multiple large-scale projects.

In this role, Rich will manage projects in the Southwest Region, including primary responsibility for telecom OSP engineering management. He is responsible for assisting in client development, technical quality, scheduling, staff project coordination, scopes and fees, maintenance, and leading and providing guidance to staff.

Rich Raley earned a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University and is a proud U.S. Navy veteran with an extensive history of community leadership, volunteerism, and charitable engagement.
