Guzman y Gomez Mexican Restaurant

Guzman y Gomez is a quick-service restaurant specializing in Mexican fare. A well-known Australian brand, Guzman y Gomez, was unknown in the United States (US) and selected HR Green to help develop their flagship restaurant in the Chicagoland area. The entire development process – developing a site plan, choosing landscaping elements, and guiding them through the permitting process – was completed in eight months and was accomplished with no prototype to draw on.

Based on the success of their US flagship restaurant in Naperville and the prototype developed, the restaurant is planning to expand additional restaurants in the suburban Chicago market over the next two years.
