Jerry Phipps is a Senior Project Manager for HR Green’s Industrial Water Practice.

Jerry has a wide range of water and wastewater experience including projects for municipal and industrial clients. He gained valuable experience working for three years as a licensed operator and technician at a water treatment plant while obtaining his Bachelor’s degree. Jerry acquired six years of additional experience working for a large water/wastewater equipment manufacturer. These diverse perspectives enable Jerry to approach the design of water and wastewater projects with an eye to cost, constructability, and operational concerns.
