Dawn HullPE

Dawn Hull, PE is a Principal and the Minnesota and South Dakota Regional Manager for HR Green’s Water and Wastewater practice.

Dawn’s experience includes design of water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, wastewater lift stations, water mains, storm and sanitary sewers. She has managed the successful delivery of numerous preliminary engineering reports, technical memorandums, contract documents, plans, specifications, cost estimates, permitting processes, funding, bid lettings, and construction administration services. Dawn is known for her strong communication skills and expertise, and she successfully guides projects and teams for client success.

Dawn is an HR Green Principal and is active in the SDWWA and other organizations.
