The Colorado Crossing project is a 12-acre commercial warehouse site with four warehouse buildings of over 30,000 square feet each located in the City of Austin. In addition to the typical civil infrastructure (i.e. water, wastewater, storm sewer, grading, and paving) there are two sedimentation/filtration ponds associated with the site.
A floodplain analysis was performed at the Colorado Crossing Industrial Park and determined the existing regional detention pond was adequately sized to accept the additional stormwater run-off from the proposed site improvements with no improvements to the pond.
