HR Green provided engineering design for residential subdivisions within the Bridgeland Development. Bridgeland is a master-planned community exceeding 11,000 acres with amenities and parks. Bridgeland is located in Cypress, Texas, and is one of Northwest Houston’s premier communities. Bridgeland consists of four residential villages and includes a strong retail component, including a 900-acre town center. The residential component includes 4,000+ residential lots as well as schools, civic, parks/recreation, and open space.
