Timothy Jonasson, PE, is a Municipal Advisory Services Manager for HR Green’s Governmental Services Business Line.

Tim has vast experience in design, CIP program management, design management, plan review, NPDES/water quality compliance, and construction management experience of municipal public improvement projects. As a previous Public Works Director and City Engineer, Tim oversaw engineering, planning, and building and safety including entitlement, plan review, and encroachment permit processes. He has also led cities in selecting and implementing software to allow for virtual city hall services.
