David L. Reitz, PLA, is HR Green’s President of Land Development. He leads multi-disciplinary project teams in residential land planning, land development, land entitlement, landscape architecture, and active adult community planning and development.
Since joining HR Green in 2008, Dave has provided strong leadership for land development due diligence and a comprehensive approach to land planning and development from initial concepts to detailed execution.
He partners with clients to determine the feasibility of various land development opportunities and creates plans, visioning, and theming for master-planned communities.
Dave earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture in Community Development from Kansas State University. He is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards, National Association of Home Builders, and Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association of Illinois.
