A Message from HR Green Regarding COVID-19

Like you, HR Green has been monitoring the COVID-19 situation with an eye to the health and safety of our employees, their families, and the community at large. While these events are in a constant state of change, we have a plan for the continuity of service to our clients and partners. As a company, we have been heeding the recommendations issued by the CDC, the WHO, and OSHA, as well as local, state, and federal officials, to reduce the risk and curtail the spread of the virus. 

Please be assured that HR Green is open for business and well equipped to handle this crisis. Many years ago, we transitioned to a virtual desktop infrastructure that provides secure access to our network systems and gives our employees their “desktop” from any physical location, providing us the flexibility to adapt to this current development. 

We have encouraged staff who can perform their job functions from their homes to do so. We have also instructed our staff to avoid non-essential travel and to conduct meetings virtually in order to protect the larger community. In addition to office-based staff, we also have a large number of people who report to job sites or clients’ locations. This staff always provides service on the clients’ schedules and in the manner that they need to serve their communities. We stand ready to continue to perform these onsite functions at your direction and in accordance with recommendations of the CDC, OSHA, and other government officials. 

We live by a set of values at HR Green that puts community at the forefront. What happens in the world around us dictates our actions, and we will always respond in a way that respects the well-being of our employees and all of our communities. That community includes you – our clients and partners. 

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and make decisions that will always be centered around the well-being of our employees and the continuity of our business.
