  • Topography Management: Our team conducted multiple iterations of the site design, making incremental changes to the building’s finished floors to achieve a balanced site, minimizing the need for material import or export.
  • Wastewater Line Coordination: Collaborated closely with the architect and the City of Kyle to effectively support the building’s separation from the wastewater easement and address utility access concerns.
  • Drainage Solutions: Designed a drainage channel to reroute water flow while maintaining access points for future phases. Multiple storm collection systems were created to manage site drainage efficiently, ensuring pipe sizes remained manageable and minimizing stormwater backup.

Planning + Coordination

  • Preliminary Grading and Utility Plans: Developed initial plans to identify potential impacts and allowed for client review against standard requirements. Early identification of design issues facilitated resolution within our control and minimized redesigns during the permit process.
