HR Green Welcomes Chris Blevins as Chief Financial Officer

HR Green is pleased to announce that Chris Blevins, CPA, has joined the firm’s Houston office as Chief Financial Officer. He replaces retiring Chief Financial Officer Michelle Byard.

Chris has over 30 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management for various industries, including leadership roles for companies ranging from multi-billion-dollar public companies with international reach to small, privately held family companies. He has a unique collection of skills, including executive leadership, financial management, FP&A, consulting, accounting, assurance services, internal auditing, human resources, and information technology.

In this role, Chris will bring an increased focus on enhancing and automating the measurement of KPI’s across the organization’s business lines while working to streamline the effectiveness of the overall reporting environment. Chris will be responsible for the finance and accounting professionals at HR Green while also serving as a strategic advisor for the CEO, fellow C-suite professionals, and Business Line Presidents throughout the organization.

Chris earned a Master’s Degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, both from the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.
