Shervin Nooshin is a Regional Director for HR Green’s Austin Land Development group.
Shervin has been involved in Land Development projects for over 20 years with extensive client and project management experience. His technical expertise includes planning and design of Master Planned Communities, single-family residential subdivisions, and mixed-use multi-family and commercial land development projects (from entitlement, due diligence, and planning stages to platting, civil design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration).
Shervin graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) in the state of Texas.
