HR Green Welcomes Xiucheng Guan as a Lead Engineer for Transportation
HR Green is pleased to announce that Xiucheng Guan has joined the firm’s Aurora office as a Lead Engineer for Transportation.
Xiucheng has over eight years of experience in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, sewer system planning, modeling, and design.
He will perform drainage design, detention calculations, and outlet evaluations, support transportation projects in hydrology and hydraulics for roadway drainage, and produce technical reports and engineering plans for the design of roadway drainage facilities, storm drains/sewers, and detention facilities.

Xiucheng earned a Bachelor of Science in Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Engineering from Dalian University of Technology and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
